Goal: Continue to feel better as they age
Melanie has been our trainer for about ten years. We started with in-person sessions, then switched to FaceTime when COVID hit. We have stayed online, with occasional in-person sessions mixed in. Even though we are obviously older than when we started with Melanie, we feel better and stronger now. She knows our physical limitations and is very careful about us doing the most we can without causing additional stress on those areas. We also appreciate that she “mixes it up” so we aren’t just doing the same thing every session.
We highly, HIGHLY recommend her.

GOAL: Train for Camino de Santiago
I prepared to walk the “Way” from Sarria to Santiago, Spain by training with Melanie and walking 3-10 miles most days. Besides being the best support and encouraging me, Melanie helped me build a stronger core and better balance. Every session was fun, challenging and creative. At 75 I was prepared for my adventure with my daughter and granddaughter! I walked the 113 miles in 7 days and never missed a beat! Thanks Melanie!! You are the best!
