  • Camped in Austrailan rainforest. Hiked through the Andes to Machu Picchu. Fished in the Amazon. Body surfed in Bali. Scuba dived in Belize. Oktoberfest in Munich. “Drank coffee” in Amsterdam. Viewed the Northern Lights via dogsled in Alaska. Sang on the Grand Ole Opry stage in Nashville. Practiced yoga in the Red Rocks of Sedona. Ice hiked in Chamonix, France, and walked the city wall of Dubrovinik, Croatia.

  • Raised a daughter who is now a Registered Dietician, Food/Travel Blogger and an incredible delight!
